Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive a new notification when your order has been shipped.
All orders within the USA come with free shipping.
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number that you can use to check its status.
Please allow 72 hours (about 3 days) for tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please get in touch with us at info@fujimaxmassagechair.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the problem for you.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@fujimaxmassagechair.com with your order number and photo(s) of the item and damage.
We will work to resolve these issues on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
